How we source & verify these reviews
This site is run by Juris Digital. We built it to be the most honest, checkable summary of our reputation anywhere, which only works if we are open about how it is put together.
Where the reviews come from
We track 113+ public reviews across 8 review platforms. Our Google figures (4.9★ / 76) are pulled directly from our claimed Google Business Profile and are the authoritative source. Other ratings come from the platforms themselves:
- Google: 4.9★ (76)
- Clutch: 4.4★ (15)
- Trustpilot: 4.2★ (8)
- Lawyerist: 3.9★ (3)
- TechBehemoths: 4.4★ (5)
- GoodFirms: 5.0★ (1)
- DesignRush: 4.5★ (2)
- FeaturedCustomers: 4.8★ (3)
We remove duplicate reviews
Several reviewers post the same review on more than one platform (for example, a Clutch reviewer who also posts on Trustpilot and Lawyerist). We give each reviewer a single canonical ID and label the duplicates “also posted on,” so the same person is never counted twice in any total.
How we handle review text
We don't republish full third party review text. Review platforms and their authors hold rights to that text. Instead we show short, clearly labeled paraphrased summaries and link to the original so you can read it in full at the source. Owned testimonials are used only with partner consent.
Why we don't show a single combined star rating
Different platforms use different review pools, audiences, and scales, so blending them into one number would be misleading. We report each platform separately and lead with Google as the authoritative figure.
A note on review schema
We choose not to add Review or AggregateRating structured data about Juris Digital to this site. Google's guidelines caution that review markup about a company placed on that company's own site is not eligible for rich results. We would rather be accurate than chase a star snippet.
We include the negatives
Every critical review is reflected on our complaints and responses page, grouped by theme, with what we changed in response.
